The studio is very welcoming and pleasing to the senses :) The staff and teachers are always warm and welcoming to maintain a positive atmosphere. I appreciate it.

I started taking classes at Harmony in December after an extended absence. I've had 4 different teachers and they have all been excellent: knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. I love that Harmony has a wide selection of classes for various levels and interests. And I appreciate that there are classes available just about any time of day. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years in a variety of settings. I feel I have found my yoga "home" and intended to practice at Harmony for as long as my body allows.
