Charles is wonderful! I always enjoy his class but the cold scented towels made it even sweeter.

Loved the Heated Yoga Sculpt class with Molly! Would really enjoy if there would be more options for this in the heated room!
Fitness is very important to me. My entire adult life I have always been a member at some sort of gym. I’ve tried everything over the years. Harmony is the first place where I felt like I was getting more than just a physical workout. The time is so much better spent as an investment in yourself when you are a part of this community. I would recommend anybody that’s serious about health, wellness, and fitness to give it a try.

People in the class were extremely friendly. I absolutely enjoyed trying out a new class and will attend again.
Chris’s class was great. Her pacing was perfect she added some poses that are not typical and they were very effective and functional.
The studio is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
