Charles ‘s Power class is absolutely amazing! Truly enjoy the balance and tone of his musical selections along with his vocal instructions & prompts. He recognizes all participants and makes sure to move throughout the room offer verbal instruction/suggestions when needed- SO incredibly polite & helpful! It’s apparent he enjoys teaching and he’s an asset to Harmony Studios. (Only reason for not a “ten” rating- would like “hands on assist” being offered to willing participants- red/green tabs like Instructor Michael Jones uses are great- easy to know which participants want hands on & which don’t!
