I have been in severe pain for months. After one session of hot yoga, my pain level went down to near 0. All I really wanted was to do something for myself (I'm a caregiver), but what I gained was so much more! I highly recommend attending!
Katie taught a great class! I really enjoy the sequence and playlist. I came in feeling achy from a lack of yoga and felt AMAZING after. Will be back to take Katie’s class again! <3
