Harmony Yoga has something to offer yogis at every level. I've tried many different instructors and have found them all to be very knowledgable and professional. I also appreciate that there is no particular style or yoga philosophy that is encouraged; there's something for everyone!

Interesting classes with knowledgeable instructors
I love coming to power vinyasa at harmony. I always leave feeling so refreshed. The classes challenge you but you can modify as needed. I love the playlists, the instructors, and the sense of peace you feel walking into the studio.
