The classes at Harmony are excellent. My only reminder is that classes that are not in the hot room should not be hot or warm. Please use the fans and don’t turn up the heat.
This was my first yoga class ever and the instructor was amazing. So welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great environment and the staff was very friendly.

Great space and instructors. Only request is to consider classes that start at 7 or 7:30 for folks that have to be in an office before 9.
