Chris’s class was great. Her pacing was perfect she added some poses that are not typical and they were very effective and functional.
The studio is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

Charles is an amazing yoga instructor. I always find his classes extremely fluid and mindful of the breathe work, leading each movement throughout the entire class. Looking forward to my next class with him.
