Harmony Studio has such kind, caring, knowledgeable, teachers, like Claudia and Paula. In the last six weeks, I’ve looked forward to each class. This is the first time I’ve tried yoga, and I now realize the many benefits. It’s made me have less back pain, and neck discomfort. I have recommended Harmony Studio to friends & I will definitely continue!
