Mala is an amazing teacher! Her instruction is thorough and thoughtful and she is extremely fit and knowledgeable about all forms of yoga. The studio’s are beautiful, clean and peaceful. I just started there on the 30 days for $45.00 and have been very impressed with my experience so far. I highly recommend this studio.
Wendy had a great flow on Sunday at the 10:15 am class. She reads amazing things to us to help us meditate.
