Session plan was excellent and the music was on point. Still feel Charlotte could gee us up even more but she's great for talking to customers and being welcoming. 20 seconds sprint with 10 seconds rest on assault bike didn't feel like enough time to best so didn't feel I have the energy to sprint so just felt a little constant for the whole 3 mins
