It was the first fitness class I have been to since having my second baby. I felt so welcomed and encouraged. Thank you for making it such a positive experience
easy to book, the classes are different everything time so never gets old or boring. instructors are fantastic and music is awesome venue is good

Really good set-up/facilities and the group training sessions are run really well. Trainers are also very welcoming (it was my 1st visit at Toniq) and the environment was great!
