Zoe was a brilliant wellness host. It was my first time doing hot l/cold therapy and being at the studio, she showed me around and then came down after my ten min sauna to talk me through my first cold dip which I really appreciated. I also spoke with Juila (I think) in the sauna who was also a wellness host and she made me feel so welcome. The whole team and environment felt very inclusive and encouraging. Can't wait to visit again
