Zoe runs the spin class with the kind of precision you’d expect from German engineering. I arrived confident… and left questioning several life choices. Somewhere between the hill climbs and the eye contact during sprints, I unlocked a new level of cardio-related fear and respect. I still don’t fully understand what happened in there, but I know I’ll be back.
I had some trouble booking via the app but I emailed and Laura was really helpful and sorted this out for me. The restore spa was gorgeous and you had really thought of everything with the set up and changing rooms. The lady who showed us in was lovely
