I felt the experience was superb start to finish. Greeted as I came in by someone friendly who, after confirming I hadn't attended before, immediately showed me all the facilities. The class itself was really fun, instructor was great. The other attendees were also very friendly group, the guy next to me helped me a couple of times with bike set up, and it just felt like a proper community. Also the whole experience felt luxury, towels on bikes, no cleaning stuff as staff do it all for you. All in all just a lovely, unique experience and I will definitely be back next time I am in Bath.

Hetty was super lovely! She made me feel welcome by coming over to my bike and making sure I was set up. Her class was super hard but she knew exactly how to get you to the end.
