Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Is just a very safe and comfortable which is how you want to feel when getting active
The instructor Lynn was fantastic and everyone made me feel welcome Eddie. He was also very good very approachable and helpful. There was no problem with blocking and wonderful. My own suggestion is the lights are little bit dark at night with the spin class.
