Went to my first class at Green park location yesterday. The instructor was really welcoming and informative, the class was challenging but in a good way. And the people in class were all so friendly - it felt like a great community. I enjoyed the class, it was fun to use bars and heavier weights than I have at home, and to do it in good company with a good teacher. Feeling satisfyingly sore today and look forward to joining another class. The set up is really good too!

Always a warm welcome on arrival, really inclusive, fantastic facilities and challenging, motivating classes. Ride classes recently with Hannah, Zoe & Hetty have been really enjoyable.
