Lynnsey is a great instructor - the studio and bikes are fantastic
I like the set up, warm welcome, group classes, space and vibe. Only knocked 1 mark off as returning after 1 year and some personal insecurities some reassurances I was doing the exercises ok and form was ok would have been great. But I don't ask for this beforehand and Charlotte was encouraging before and after the session!
I love the energy of the team and the classes. I have been made to feel really welcome and adjustments according to my needs have been made really well. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was very friendly, there was a gorgeous café area and Paul's yoga class was 10/10.
