It's was lovely but bit too pricey for me personally
I found the spin call extremely motivating with the setting, music and enthusiastic teacher. After three years of not working out it made me feel motivated to get back into fitness
Friendly and personable staff. Mina and Rowan were extremely helpful and excellent at explaining the ride class. Additionally, Mina gave us a warm and welcoming explanation of the spa, resulting in a relaxing wellness experience for our first time.

Excellent facilities with clean and comfortable changing rooms. Secure lockers. Spacious saunas and very effective plunge baths. Zoe was excellent with her advice, enthusiasm and help.
