Yes sure. Turned up for a great spin class, the instructor, I think she was called Kat shouted at us all until we burned off 500 kcal. Half way through she check all our stats, we were nowhere near. She turned off the Air Conditioning and the lights and said it doesn't come back on until we've hit target.
The door out was locked, so we had no choice.

I've been training with Hetty for over a year. She's fantastic, super supportive, and I've seen massive improvements in my strength. Hetty always listens and tailors our workouts to meet my needs, I feel like I'm in safe hands. The studio is great - particularly appreciate the air con on hot days!
