Relaxing. Sauna working well this time. Felt so much better after our visit
Was really relaxing and prefect for recovery
I already knew Arron through the Icebreakers movement and I came because of the River Avon being unsafe for my weekly dip. I made new friends with the other guys who attended on Tuesday evening and had an awesome time. My only feedback would be to have a means of comfortably elevating feet out of the water when using the tubs as I find frozen hands and feet very painful but I know this is different for everyone.
