Amazing workshop for teens held this weekend, tailored to suit demand from their members. Very professionally run and my son absolutely loved it. Much appreciated and hopefully more to come as he's dying to come back!

Excellent and enjoyable class but also very hard. Some of the training was particularly difficult especially the boat on a bosu! Aaron is excellent at ensuring we all have the correct technique and are pushing ourselves! Thank you!
