Yoga novice here and Mary was very welcoming and offered a great evening class that has me wanting to bring others with me to another.

Misty is an amazing instructor. She's very in tune to her students needs and is intentional about each and every movement. She's built a studio that is welcoming and accessible for absolutely anyone. <3
The instructor was good. The class size was relatively small. I didn't feel out of place being the only dude. It also achieved the goal of helping my back a bit!

Misty's classes are challenging, but I always feel good when I'm done.
I environmental was very nurturing. The pace was good for me. Everyone seemed really nice. I enjoyed the teacher and the readings she chose.
