It was a high-quality experience. Signup was quick and easy, The instructor is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, and the class was inclusive and exactly what I was hoping for. Parking space was limited, but I found a spot a block away.

Misty taught a rather challenging class, but it was also easy to modify. The studio was not crowded. She offers this class to begin at 1:15 PM, a very good time for me. No other studio has anything at that hour.
