I love the atmosphere. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the option to take classes online is great for people who live out of town.
I loved the class I took with Misty, she is great! Studio is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and positive vibes. Teacher and students all very friendly and diverse, which I loved.
Mary is a great teacher and gifted at connecting with her students
This class is easy enough, but still channeling.
Shiloh's cues are so easy to follow when I'm not looking at the screen which is very helpful. The level of exertion is whatever I choose to make it and Shiloh invites participants to adjust as is needed.
It was just right, and a variation of strength and stretch movements.
