Totally forgot to reply lol. I love the atmosphere and the way each teacher goes about leading their class. I feel safe and able to exercise as my body is that day. I love coming to people's yoga for exercise and relaxation.
I enjoy the classes, strong preference for gentle or restorative format. Lindsey did a great job with work, stretch and relax

The studio was comfortable and spacious and the instructor did a great job easing me back into yoga after being away from in person classes. I'm so glad this class was offered at a time I could fit into my schedule!!!
