Always a good workout. Sometimes it's challenging, but Misty's approach is so kind and helpful, I always come back for more. She’s the perfect teacher. Yoga leaves me relaxed and happy I made time for myself and my health.

It was a high-quality experience. Signup was quick and easy, The instructor is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, and the class was inclusive and exactly what I was hoping for. Parking space was limited, but I found a spot a block away.
