The yoga teachers sequence, guidance, and tips went beyond just the regular yoga class. I felt uplifted and stretched in ways that were necessary. The overall vibe and attendees are also very welcoming. The cleanliness of the studio and last but not least the recommendation of a nonviolence communication training that was & highly appreciated!
First time going and it was such a great atmosphere, no judgement, vibe was great and beyond relaxing. Will be coming back for sure

From MY perspective, Each day is opportunity to shape our path forward. I start that process as soon as my eyes open. I make the choice to WIN the morning! My routine is basic, common sense, and reflective of my needs. Since being introduced to People's Yoga, I've continued my practice at home. The mornings like yesterday, I just chose to win the morning with others instead of in the solace of my own home. I have heard each of my instructors share praise of Misty, who I have never met. This is key, these instructors reflect what they've been taught. I feel I've grown because of what these same instructors have introduced me to. I consider that growth. That's my quest, 24/7/365!
Misty's class is always a perfect blend of challenge and sweetness. Every class is a treat!
