Misty's class is challenging in a good way. Actually I wouldn't recommend it to just anyone, but there's a broad class of yoga practitioners who want that challenge. Yogis who want relaxation and gentle movements may find it too intense, but that's okay. There's variety to choose from to find what works for you.
