Excellent class with Misty
The yoga teachers sequence, guidance, and tips went beyond just the regular yoga class. I felt uplifted and stretched in ways that were necessary. The overall vibe and attendees are also very welcoming. The cleanliness of the studio and last but not least the recommendation of a nonviolence communication training that was & highly appreciated!
First time going and it was such a great atmosphere, no judgement, vibe was great and beyond relaxing. Will be coming back for sure
