I sit a lot for my job. Today when I went into my session, I had right knee pain and congestion on my right side. I left without any knee pain and my sinus' clear. The m not sure what magic they're using but I'm a believer. Love my sessions! They make life better!

Shiloh does a great job instructing in all of her yoga classes. I needed a gentle yoga class and with the help of Shiloh's class my body feels better. I look forward to my next class.
