The studio was comfortable and spacious and the instructor did a great job easing me back into yoga after being away from in person classes. I'm so glad this class was offered at a time I could fit into my schedule!!!

Peoples Studio offers a variety of classes. Shiloh's midday flow offered a wonderful break in my day and left me feeling refreshed.
I complete morning sessions with Preety. She's an amazing master, her flows are rigorous and challenging if I choose them to be. It's a great start to my usually demanding day. It provides me a with a sense of strength and focus.
