Great atmosphere, great instructor, props available and access to use class pass.
The gentle yoga class works great for me. Several of the movements are just enough challenge with plenty of room to make my own adjustments. I feel very much more connected in all of my parts after this class. Highly recommend it for someone with no or lots of experience with yoga.
You have incredible teachers and the remote option.
