I love Heather's slow class. Her intentions, the creative sequencing, the encouraging atmosphere is so theraputic
I always love Mindpose. The instructors are all so great. It's always clean and just the right temp!

It's a great space with amazing teachers. I love that the focus isn't just yoga, each class has a message that is usually exactly what you needed to hear and is sometimes so powerful you cry. I also love that each class can be for a beginner if a master yogi! LOVE this place!
Trevor is incredible! His energy, zest, and his welcoming attitude made his hard workout awesome!

The last 45 min flow class that I had with Diane was great. So, glad that the cooling towels are back. Very clean facility and nice teachers.
