Loved the instructor and the atmosphere she created.
Kirsten, the teacher, is wonderful and is great at guiding you through the poses. As a beginner, she has given me great instruction on how to properly align my pose as well as on using props.
It was awesome. The class was stellar and I felt great after! I was sweating bullets but having a good workout! Will be going back!

The ambiance of the studio was perfect at setting the tone for the class, the instruction was an excellent balance of physical, mental and spacial cues, the class was challenging but allowed for modifications. All around it was a great experience and I will be back as soon as my schedule allows!
Teacher was great, facility is great, excellent yoga atmosphere.
