The last 45 min flow class that I had with Diane was great. So, glad that the cooling towels are back. Very clean facility and nice teachers.

The environment was very soothing and clean. This was my fist hot yoga class and I was a little nervous but after arriving I felt very comfortable and our instructor was fantastic
I love the pace and how Amanda help the class to be safe and at same time challenging the class to try new things!
