It was awesome. The class was stellar and I felt great after! I was sweating bullets but having a good workout! Will be going back!

The ambiance of the studio was perfect at setting the tone for the class, the instruction was an excellent balance of physical, mental and spacial cues, the class was challenging but allowed for modifications. All around it was a great experience and I will be back as soon as my schedule allows!
Teacher was great, facility is great, excellent yoga atmosphere.
It's just what I was looking for. It's very basic but that's what I need.😎

I love Heather's slow class. Her intentions, the creative sequencing, the encouraging atmosphere is so theraputic
I always love Mindpose. The instructors are all so great. It's always clean and just the right temp!
