Crystal, Amanda, Diane, the studio, it has all changed my life. I really enjoy practicing there and the experience received from doing so is out of this world. It can be a spiritual journey and because of that, the studio feels in part sacred. However, I miss the color'd mood lighting ;)
I love all the instructors there (especially Chelsea & Amanda & Nic). It is a beautiful environment and I love the variety of classes offered.
