I just started Yoga because my daughter goes and suggested I try it. I have enjoyed it so much I bought a unlimited pass. The teachers are amazing and are great at making you feel so good for coming. It has been the greatest gift I have given to my body. I am in my 50,s have arthritis and not in great shape at all. I can feel a difference since starting Yoga. Super hard but am excited to keep going.
I loved Angela's class. And I loved my second class this morning too!
