Amanda's flow followed by Crystal's Deep is a perfect combination.
The environment was very soothing and clean. This was my fist hot yoga class and I was a little nervous but after arriving I felt very comfortable and our instructor was fantastic
I love the pace and how Amanda help the class to be safe and at same time challenging the class to try new things!

Like the classes offered, the instructors are great, I like that it's just yoga, and that It's primarily hot classes. The variety of times available are very convenient as well
