I choose that score because my experience is always great. The instructors are always on point which makes me strive for perfection in class!!
Great ambiance, and very friendly staff at the front desk! I really enjoyed the heated yoga class, the instructor was great and the class was challenging.

The ambiance is great. The instructors are amazing. I am learning to challenge myself but also find peace in the moment. I can’t say enough good things about emPOWERyoga. I’m so grateful I found this studio.
I love love love this place. I started practicing for the first time in February 2023 and Empower welcomed me with open arms. I've tried classes with a variety of instructors and at various times and each one has been a rewarding and, as the name would suggest, EMPOWERING experience. Couldn't be happier with this place!

Was a great first class back. I really missed the studio the last few months.
Love everything about the studio. Clean, friendly, talented instructors, great class formats, instructors give many options. If classes started and ended on time would be a 10+. The instructors ask that you not leave during shavasana, so if classes go over (which most do) you have no choice but to miss savasana if you’re on a tight time schedule.
Always a great workout, always a little different every session.
