I love the instructors, especially Anne and Angelique! My only complaint is that the 930am classes are really for people who don't work. 6am is too early and something in the middle like 8am (like you have on Sat and Sun) is quite perfect for those that can't loose an entire morning. If you had perhaps two 8am classes during the week - I would be able to come more.
On my very first day I was impressed with the instructor I m not familiar with the movements but she really made it easy to follow. I was a great work out

I really enjoyed the class even though it was an advanced class but I thought the instructor, Angelic was awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a great environment and I want to look online and get a membership, just gotta start out a less advanced level where I can grow and continue to challenge myself to get in better shape.
