I really enjoy the studio and the teachers. Each has their own style and are all high quality instructors. I have had the pleasure of enjoying classes with both of the Annes, Battle, Dan’yelle, Angelique, Kristine, Monica, Alana, and Davion. Extra bonuses are Angelique’s play list and Anne B’s cold wash clothes at the end!
Great practice - a substantial flow to get you really sweating but also held the positions just long enough for you to get your alignment right and feel the burn.
You get it right! Love teachers who make it a very positive experience with challenge at every level. Clean welcoming space. Knowledgeable friendly staff!
