I feel empowered when ever I begin a class and especially good when and empowered when I complete a class. I am grateful for the variety of unique and motivational instructors on this team. always grateful for their guidance.

Instructors are phenomenal. So supportive & kind. You can feel that the studio is filled with good energy. I love that I can feel safe to learn, grow and move in such a peaceful and empowering space.

I simply love this studio and Sangha! Recently, I've found a lot of comfort and challenge in Dan'yelle and Shanya's classes. But, I also love the rest of the teachers and their creative flows and positive energy.
I have enjoyed all of the classes I've been to! I really wish there were more warm classes.
