Dan’yelle’s class was very challenging. Her cues were very detailed, and she gave many options to modify. She is well-versed in proper alignment for sure! I do bikram daily elsewhere, so I’m accustomed to having to use endurance, but my legs were BURNING after this class. Dan’yelle also made an adjustment on my rear foot while I was in Warrior I, which is probably a mistake I’ve been making for YEARS. Undoubtedly, her correction will elevate my practice.
