I am a recent member of Empower Yoga and only started doing heated yoga this year in my 50s and I love it! The teachers and studio assistants already know my name (and use it!), and the classes are supportive, fun, and a great way to find balance, strength, and flexibility.

The studio was exactly as advertised. I was recommended this by a friend and I was very happy. Very friendly welcome when I arrived and was shown where everything was. The teacher was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been doing yoga off and on for about 10 years and even though Empower was different than my other studio they were very good. I’ll be back. Loved the hot yoga!!!
