The studio has amazing teachers!!! The classes are too hot for my mom though. I don't have any personal qualms with elev8 though and I love going!!
Everything is great about Linda and her class, hoping students would be reminded to be quiet in the studio before and after during a Hatha class.
The Vinyasa class with Taunya is always something new and exciting! She makes sure to model poses and keep you moving to ensure you have a great workout and a calm mind. I love spending Sunday mornings at Elev8 getting my sweat in!
