Difficult for new people to understand and go with the flow. Would be helpful if someone help them on their first class to do it the right way.
Monica was clear with her instructions with the poses. She is very genuine and passionate about her class. Appreciate her words of encouragement in practice yoga to become a better yogi in the future. Love her enthusiasm and energy in class.
Incredible teachers I particularly enjoy Hatha. The class always has good pacing. Suny is also an amazing instructor. The vinyasa classes have always been excellent as well but I find hatha more soothing.
