It's the atmosphere, the classes and instructors. Monica is one of the best instructors and has an amazing hot pilates class and sculpt class of which both I've taken many times. You come out knowing you've worked your body to the extent that you can and as they say, if you don't use it you'll lose it!
Super friendly and accommodating. They took pity on us as it was our first session 🤣
Great studio, great staff, Great location, excellent facilities... The only issue is cost and availability (my schedule) limits my access.
