The atmosphere was welcoming and I didn't feel any pressure to participate outside of my comfort level. There were reminders to rest and drink water - great supportive environment and left feeling invigorated!
I've done hot yoga for over 25 years~ I've been a member of Elev8 for about 5 yrs ~ I definitely have my favorite instructors but what I really love about Elev8 is the variety of classes, (2) hot rooms & several classes a day to choose from ~ something always FITS with my busy schedule ~ my new FAV is the 90 min YIN on Sunday nights ~ Amazing
