I had never done any type of yoga prior to my visit. Linda worked with me on the posses which was very helpful and encouraged me along the way. The work is intense and I look forward to progressing through more classes at elev8 Hot Yoga.

Great studio! Friendly teachers, with fun yet challenging classes.
Terrific class. Just the right heat to put me right at my edge. Phenomenal cueing, encouraging instructor, wonderful approach to Hatha. Still structured but with the instructor's flavor.
