The instructors makes you feel welcome immediately and left feeling physically stronger.
because everyone was so welcoming and helpful! i feel like i went there forever and knew everyone, people helped me get my things for my first time, and met so many great people. it was such a great environment, very clean, welcoming and just very fun! i would absolutely love to go again! and everyone was so nice and encouraging! they are so sweet!
