The facility is nice and clean & the instructors are fantastic.

Linda is one of the best instructor-I loved her sculpt .Very knowledgeable and always very helpful..I loved all of her classes.

Great instructions- when to breath, what movement is coming next, motivating instructor and gives encouragement. Hot room, clean, tidy, lovely studio. Extra help with billing and navigating the schedule.
