I am choosing this score because
1. I see how my body changed. The classes I took works
2. I like that trainers explain what is part of body we work with
3. The trainers give us an option for modification of exercise if it is hard
4. All trainers are friendly and polite
5. and, my mood after yoga is perfect
The studio was clean. The instructor was very welcoming and I enjoyed her class.
