The facility is bright and clean. The studio is beautiful and set up so well. Everyone I've ever met there has been nice and welcoming. Julie is a wonderful teacher. I love how she speaks through the movements. Her flow classes are are great workout. I also love that the class is in a hot room to really help with muscle flexibility and to get a good seat going.
Dee's yin class is so great! The time flies and her gentle voice and spiritual poems help me stay in the challenging poses and soften into any discomfort.
Love the studio, love Susan, love the practice, love the pricing. I have and will continue to recommend it to my friends and family!
