Best yoga I've done in awhile great workout the instructor was great made sure to keep reminding us to breath which I feel a lot of instructors forget I will be back
I love the vibe of the studio. I found Baptiste many years ago in northern va and Be & Breathe reminds me of the amazing studio vibe that drew me in!
