Warm/caring/energized teachers, great HEAT, and a loving and caring community atmosphere.
The teachers are excellent. The workout is fantastic. It has transformed my body. It has been a miracle for my back, as I started in great pain. The people practicing are really supportive and fun. The variety of times allows me to practice frequently. The cost is an excellent deal, especially if you practice as much as I do. I have gained in so many ways, physically and emotionally, that I wouldn't trade it for the world. Thank you for being there!
