Be & Breathe is a community - a place where people from all walks of life come together because of a shared love of yoga but stay after class to just talk. It is a home away from home - a place I love to come to for support and connection. Plus - classes are amazing. You never feel as though you aren’t ‘enough’ - modifications and assists are always offered and given with kindness. There is a true feeling of learning and growing together.
