Loved the class. Challenging but offered options. Enjoyed the heated room and music. Cool washcloth was amazing at the end of class.
I love the environment, the staff, and the workout! The scented towel at the end is lovely and so was the citrus spray. I leave feeling happy and light. It's a great workout both for your body and your mind!
Great teacher, nice flow, great atmosphere
For a yoga novice, I had a fantastic time at Be & Breathe. The class was a great work out, and I felt challenged but not overwhelmed.
